How do I track my order?

1. For All Customers (The Easiest Way): As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will have your unique tracking number and a direct link to see your order's progress. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case!)

2. If You Have a BlissBlob Account: Yes, you absolutely can! Just log in to your account on our site. From your account dashboard, you can click on your "Order History," select the order you want to check, and you'll find the tracking information right there as soon as it's available.

I checked out as a guest. How can I track my order?

No account? No problem! You don't need an account to track your order. Just look for our shipping confirmation email (check your inbox!). It has your tracking number and a direct link to the tracking page. All the info you need is right in that email!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We know you're excited to get your new item! We work with our partners/suppliers to get your order to you as fast as possible. For most orders to the USA, UK, and Canada, shipping usually takes between 5 to 15 business days.

What is the return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Just send an email to support@blissblob.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will help you soon!
